CUSTOMS
For international & Canada orders, please remember, there may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs Office for those charges. Yukester does not collect duty and taxes on international orders. The appropriate duty and/or taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. Our shipping charge does not include brokerage fees. All our pricing and shipping charges are in U.S. funds.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Yukester at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

RETURN
Yukester stands behind the quality. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. ALL SALE ITEMS FINAL SALE! No Exceptions!

Yukester recommends you track your return so that you may confirm that we have received it. The U.S. post office offers delivery confirmation for an additional fee. Also, we strongly suggest you insure your return. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Just take your package to a U.S. post office service window and a representative can add these options for you. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking information. YUKESTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.
