RETURN POLICY

Doesn't fit? Color clash? Just not quite what you thought it would be?

Not a problem!


Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED and ALTERED. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Yukester.com does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.


We suggest selecting an insured or trackable shipping method. This will provide you recourse should something happen to your package in transit. Yukester cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages received at Yukester after 15 days will incur a $10 fee. which will be deducted from your refund or charged to your exchange.


When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at Yukester, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from shopbop.com.
